Zero Stick Mold Release for heavy duty applications
The paintable Zero Stick Mold Release from Stoner Molding Solutions is a unique, extremely versatile release agent for all common plastics and processing procedures. Zero Stick Mold Release is specially formulated to support the release of molded plastic parts under heavy conditions and stubborn parts and is highly recommendable for productions where a food grade release solution is required.
Zero Stick Mold Release is formulated for the release of molded plastics and similar parts. It provides a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application. E342 is a silicone-free release agent that allows molded parts to be painted, plated, hotstamped, adhesive bonded, labeled, or otherwise decorated in most applications.
Long-lasting non-stick coating for heavy duty and complex part releases
Zero Stick improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, vacuum form, and pour cast molding and can be used for tool temperatures of max. 315°C. Stoner E342 is made for various applications and the best choice for ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC.
E342 improves the optical appearance and surface finish of demolding processes and, due to its excellent release properties, reduces material losses and defective productions by avoiding adhesion to molds and tools. This release agent, specially developed for high loads, is low in consumption and economical in use. Applying a thin layer is sufficient for optimal results.
The release agent contained in Zero Stick meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 184.1400, which details provisions for substances added directly to human food affirmed to be "generally recognized as safe" (GRAS).
Stoner E342 is available as an aerosol release agent in a user-friendly spray can that allows users to accurately and efficiently handle tools and molds. Leading sprayhead technology makes it possible to treat challenging areas effectively and evenly. Zero Stick Mold Release is also available in 5 gallon containers.
