Stoner Mold Release Agent Rapid Release
The silicone mold release agent Rapid Release A324 by Stoner Molding Solutions is specially formulated to release molded silicone rubber, thermoset plastics, rubber, and similar materials. Rapid Release provides a long lasting, thin-layer of anti-stick coating for fast, easy part removal from metal, plastic, rubber, and even silicone rubber molds.
Rapid Release provides a superior surface finish on cast parts and allows delicate, complex parts to easily release from flexible molds. It supports developers and manufacturers in rapid prototyping processes and is successfully applied as a release agent to methods such as stereo lithography mold prototyping.
Easy Release for challenging and complex parts
Rapid Release allows for multiple part releases per application. The high-performing release agent enables for an easy release even of the most delicate and complex parts. Production interruptions, defect products or scrap material can be effectively faced by applying Rapid Release before the production. Rapid Release is made for various applications within the plastics molding industry and the product of choice for silicone rubber processing.
Rapid Release is developed for tool temperatures of max. 315°C.
Stoner A324 is available as an easy-to-use aerosol spray can, that enables users to efficiently and accurately prepare molds and tools prior to production starts. Due to its leading spray head technology even most challenging areas can be prepared effectively and evenly. Upon request, selected products are also available in different container sizes.
