Dry Mist Mold Release Agent by Stoner Molding Solutions
Stoner E202 Dry Mist Silicone Mold Release is specially formulated as a release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. The silicone release agent produces a very light, dry mist coating which reduces over-application and buildup on molds which makes the product ideal when minimal release agent is required. With its low consumption E202 is a very cost effective application that is universally usable for many molding techniques and materials.
E202 provides a fast and convenient removal of molded parts. With its high durability the dry mist release agent ensures a steady and reliable performance with multiple part releases per application. E202 Improves molding efficiency in molding processes such as injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum form molding, pour cast molding, die cast molding, and extrusion molding.
Made for sensitive Food Grade applications
Stoner E202 Dry Mist Silicone Mold Release is the product of choice when molded parts require to meet food grade standards for highly sensitive applications. The silicone contained in E202 meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 181.28 as a release agent in the manufacture of food contacting materials.
Stoner E202 is made for various applications and the best choice for ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC, Investment Wax. It is developed for injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding and rotational molding applications and can be used for tool temperatures of max. 260°C.
Stoner E202 is available as an easy-to-use aerosol spray can, that enables users to efficiently and accurately prepare molds and tools prior to production starts. Due to its leading spray head technology even most challenging areas can be prepared effectively and evenly.
Upon request, selected products are also available in different container sizes.
