Stoner E218 Xtra Heavy Duty Silicone Mold Release is a specially developed release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials.

Even the most stubborn, sticking parts will be released faster, easier and more reliable with E218, our heaviest viscosity mold release.

E218 provides fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application. The release agents will improve molding efficiency in many applications such as injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum form molding, pour casting, die casting, and extrusion molding.

Made for Food Grade applications

E218 is specially formulated to meet food grade standards for highly sensitive applications. The silicone in E218 meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 181.28 as a release agent in the manufacture of food contacting materials.

Stoner E218 is made for various applications and the best choice for ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC, Investment Wax.

Stoner E218 is developed for injection, extrusion, blow molding and rotational molding applications and can be used for tool temperatures of max. 260°C.

Stoner E218 is available as an easy-to-use spray can. Upon request, selected products are also available in different container sizes.

Direction for Use:

• Shake well before using
• Should be applied to a clean mold, free of any previous mold release or other residues.
• Made for temperatures of max. 260° C
• Hold can 25 to 30 cm from surface to be sprayed
• Apply a thin coating on mold surface for best results

Storage and Handling:

• Container is under pressure and must not be punctured or incinerated.
• Container must not be exposed to heat, direct sun light, open fire or sparks.
