Versatile Dry Film Mold Release Agent
Stoner E408 Dry Film Mold Release is an highly versatile, silicone-free dry film release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molding of materials such as plastics, rubber, composites, and similar materials. The application allows a dry coating of tools and molds and ensures quick and easy removal after molding.
E408 is extremely effective and economical in consumption. The application creates a reliable and long-lasting non-stick coating on molds and tools that provide quick and easy releases of multiple parts per application. The release agent does not contain any silicones, oils or waxes and most molded parts do not need additional cleaning before painting, hot stamping, coating or similar decorations.
Dry Film Mold Release is very versatile and improves molding efficiency in many processes. It is particularly suitable for applications in injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum forming, direct casting, die casting and layup molding.
