E436 | Mold Release & Ejector Pin Lube

Stoner E436 Mold Release & Ejector Pin Lube is a paintable release agent and anti-stick lubricant for materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials.

It is specially designed to serve as a lubricant for ejector pins.

E436 allows molded parts to be painted, plated, hot stamped, adhesive bonded, labeled, or otherwise decorated.

Economical light coating produces best results

E436 provides a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application.

Mold Release & Ejector Pin Lube improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, vacuum form, and pour cast molding.

E436 is FDA registered and as such generally acceptable for applications where a food grade release is required.

Stoner E436 is made for various applications and the best choice for ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC, Synthetic Rubber.

Stoner E436 is developed for injection, extrusion, blow molding and rotational molding applications and can be used for tool temperatures of max. 200°C.

Stoner E436 is available as an easy-to-use spray can. Upon request, selected products are also available in different container sizes.
