Stoner 93123 Xenit Mold Cleaner is a natural precision mold cleaner typically used as a degreaser in the plastics and rubber molding industries.
Natural Xenit contains a proprietary cleaning formula with Citrus 66, a natural, highly refined extract of citrus fruit. With this powerful ingredient, Xenit can remove the greasy, grimy soils and stains that soap and water can’t.
Natural Precision Mold Cleaner
Xenit Mold Cleaner dissolves and flushes away most release agents from metal molds prior to application of rust preventives. It cleans molds – in or out of the press – by removing resins, carbon deposits, and other contaminants left in the cavities.
Xenit Mold Cleaner removes greases, oils, waxes, inks, tars, silicones, and other contaminants from molds. It is recommended to always test before using with plastics or solvent-sensitive materials.
Various Applications without residues
Xenit Mold Cleaner should be sprayed on, then wiped or blown dry with compressed air. The cleaner dries fast and leaves no residue, includes a pleasant citrus scent and is non-halogenated.
Xenit can be used in many applications in automotive manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, and general fabrication industries.
Xenit contains no methylene chloride or Class I ozone depleting substances.
