Concentrated Purging Compound for chemical cleaning in injection, blow and extrusion molding

IG3000 is the most universal and very cost-effective chemical/mechanical concentrate grade that must be mixed with a carrier resin prior to use – very cost-effective.

Heat activated chemical/mechanical Purging Compounds are the premium flagship product line in the RapidPurge product portfolio.

The chemical purging compounds are specially formulated to address high degradation, difficult color changeovers, and challenging resident residue issues. RapidPurge compounds penetrate layer by layer to deep clean down to the bare metal. These products are non-abrasive and can be used to clean Injection Molding, Extrusion, and Blow Molding equipment.

The chemical/mechanical purging compounds are also excellent as a Shutdown media to eliminate black specs on startup. Simply purge the machine, empty and shutdown, leaving the residual RapidPurge with heats turned off in the machine to prevent oxidation. The purge material will not burn during cool down/heat up offering a faster startup that is free of black specks. Scrap generation on startup will become less and less with continued use

Heavy-duty Chemical Agents

RapidPurge's proprietary formula dissolves and removes heavy and stubborn contaminants, residue and carbon build-up. As a thermally activated cleaning solution, RapidPurge's chemical cleaning compounds increase their cleaning performance with increasing temperature. Its chemical ingredients and carrier material break down plastic residues in low-viscosity molecules, which can be easily flushed out of the machine. RapidPurge also helps protects sensitive machine parts while it does not attack metals, seals or coatings.

  RapidPurge is pre-mixed, ready to use and can be applied easily and without further preparation. The premixed granules contain a universal carrier material and ensure a simple and simple application. RapidPurge is suitable for hot runner cleaning, and its design allows even small openings to be passed easily. A removal of parts or downstream equipment is basically not required.
