Mechanical Purging Compound for high temperature injection, blow and extrusion molding
RapidPurge MP1000HT is the most universal mechanical purging compound with activated foaming – best answer for most resins and applications. MP1000HT is specially formulated for high temperature and viscosity. MP1000HT is pre-mixed, easily applied and the first choice for quick color or material changeovers.
MP1000HT Series contains heat-activated foaming pellets added to the basic mechanical purge products for cleaning hard-to-reach negative flow areas. Foaming additives expands the purge into low/negative flow areas.
MP1000HT is PE based and fortified with non-abrasive scrubbing and stiffening agents to clean metallic surfaces from old resin, color and degradation that builds up on the screw. MP1000HT is most effective, conveniently applied and easy to use: just run them through the machine until the purgings are clear of contamination.
