The rust and corrosion preventive Stoner A590 offers a long-term, up to 12 months lasting protection against damaging moisture and oxidation for molds and tools in plastics processing. It protects exposed steel parts and stored metals for up to one year and ensures the operational readiness of production equipment. A590 is ideal for metallic surfaces that need to be stored for extended periods of time. With its integrated rust inhibitor A590 allows parts, molds, tools or equipment to be shipped or stored for a long time, without fear of rust, corrosion or oxidation.

Acid neutralizer eliminates fingerprints

A590 leaves a sturdy, closed and moisture-repellent coating on exposed metal surfaces, protecting against rust and corrosion. A tracing dye included in the product allows immediate visual inspection of the protective layer for defects and their immediate repair. The acid neutralizer also eliminates fingerprints and similar contaminants.

Direction for Use:

• Shake well before use
• Apply to a clean mold that is free from previous release agents and residues
• The product should be sprayed thinly and evenly onto molds or tools at a distance of approx. 25-30 cm for best results
