Medium term Rust and Corrosion Protection for Molds and Tools

The rust and corrosion inhibitor A592 from Stoner Molding Solutions offers medium-term protection of tools and molds from plastic and rubber processing against moisture and oxidation. A592 protects exposed steel parts and stored metals from moisture, oxidation and corrosion. The application leaves a protective microfilm coating with the creep properties of a lubricant. A special acid neutralizer inhibits the action of mild acids, alkalis and fingerprints.

Rust inhibitor with penetrating and lubricating properties

The A592 has excellent penetrating and lubricating properties, solves rust-and-corrosion-blocked mechanical parts, and removes existing light rust. The product comes in a user-friendly spray box that allows for flexible, location-independent use and pinpoint surface treatment.

Direction for Use:

• Shake well before use
• Apply to a clean mold that is free from previous release agents and residues
