The DC 280 Vario Blaster is portable, fully pneumatic, economical and easy to use. It is excellently suited for all applications from mild to strong cleaning performance and can be optimally adapted to the cleaning task due to its adjustment possibilities for pressure, ice rate and particle size.
All devices in the Vario Line include the patented Vario grinder, which allows to adjust the size of the dry ice particles in three stages (0.4 / 0.8 / 2.0 mm). In addition to the particle size, the air pressure and the amount of dry ice, which is supplied to the airflow, are both essential for the cleaning performance. Of course, you can adjust both on the device in order to achieve an optimum cleaning effect. For the devices of the Vario Line, the airflow as well as the blasting guns and nozzles were further optimized, so that the good cleaning performance of the Classic Line devices is significantly exceeded in some cases. This saves you time and dry ice.
The AirPlus system also prevents freezing of the machine, so that all devices are suitable for continuous operation. A flexible device for all occasions
The DC 280 Vario Blaster is a real all-rounder. With its unique, patented Vario grinder and the adjustment for ice rate and air pressure, you can convert it on the fly from a gentle cleaner for sensitive surfaces into a powerhouse for removing strongest dirt. In addition, should you ever get stuck with dry ice only, you can use the optional abrasive set in order to blast with an additive, for example, Nutshells, soda or glass beads.
Ergonomic: Easy to use
Special emphasis was placed during the development of the DC 280 Vario Blasters on easy handling. Regulators for particle size, ice rate and air pressure are clearly arranged and in addition to the on and off switches the only controls. The four rollers or wheels of the DC 280 Vario Blasters allow effortless moving of the device on level ground and when you tilt the device, the two large wheels allow moving even in difficult terrain.
