Schlicht Handelsgesellschaft mbH further diversifies its online shop with a new type of fully synthetic hydraulic oil for injection molding machines, extruders and similar machines. Hightec Sunlub E46 from ROWE MINERALÖLWERK GMBH is an innovative high-performance hydraulic oil with above-average service life for extended oil change intervals. The environmentally friendly product is H1 certified and biodegradable. It has excellent and long-lasting protective capabilities even at very high operating temperatures and is specially designed for environmentally conscious manufacturers. Hightec Sunlub E46 is optimally suited for plants and machines in the plastics industry, especially for heavily loaded hydrostatic drives and high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Accepted for injection molding machines from Engel
The hydraulic oil has been cleared by name for Engel injection molding machines as well as Eaton and Parker Denison pumps. Hightec Sunlub is C02 neutral and easily biodegradable. It combines the benefits of hydrocarbon-based HVLP 46 and Ester-based HEES 46 oils, is not Ester-based, and exhibits up to 700% increased aging stability with up to 75% reduced filterability with water. Hightec Sunlub E46 is ideal for initial filling of machines and systems, can be used as a so-called drop-in product but also for the subsequent filling of hydraulic systems. In many cases, the useful life of the hydraulic oil exceeds the manufacturer's maximum machine running times.
The Schlicht Handelsgesellschaft distributes the hydraulic oil Hightec Sunlub E46 in cooperation with ROWE MINERALÖLWERK GMBH to its customers in the plastics industry in containers of 20 or 200 liters.
