Mold Release Agent for Paintable Parts
Stoner OUT A313 Paintable Mold Release is specially formulated as a paintable release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. The release agent improves demolding and part releases for mold and tool temperatures up to 200°c.
A313 allows molded parts to be painted, plated, hotstamped, adhesive bonded, labeled, or otherwise decorated in most applications.
A313 provides a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application.
Economical - a light coating produces best results
A313 improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast and extrusion molding.
